Having in depth knowledge about the roaming market in Turkey and market trends both in retail and wholesale roaming qualifies me to speak about this subject. His leadership ensures the continuous improvement of the technical provision of Sudani, enabling new services and technologies to be available to the fast growing market of Sudan. Mr. Tarig has established a proper technical organization focused on the better utilization of resources optimizing the performance and increasing the revenue of Sudani network. He has developed and enforces effective methodologies, and procedures to improve the effectiveness of the overall operation.

Nabil Baccouche joined Syniverse in September 2011 as Vice President and Managing Director, Middle East and Africa (MEA). In this role, he leads the Syniverse MEA Headquarters in Dubai, where he uses strong local understanding and extensive international telecom experience to strengthen Syniverse’s position in the region. Prior to Syniverse, Mr. Baccouche served as Vice President of International Voice, Data and Roaming at Tunisie Telecom, a 35 percent Emirates International Telecommunications (EIT)-owned company. Mr. Baccouche also has experience as Managing Director at Belgacom ICS (BICS), where he established the company’s Dubai office, and as a Sales Manager at Winstar Communications. He holds a degree in translation/interpretation and international relations from University of Louvain-La-Neuve (ILMH), has received advanced telecommunications training, and is fluent in Arabic, Dutch, English, French and German.
